Hand-mined pink Himalayan salt on every wall, stage and floor, from the ancient Khewra mines at the foot of the Himalayas. Step inside and the air feels cooler, cleaner and softer on the breath.

What should I bring to my first class?

Just yourself and an open nervous system. We provide mats, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows. Wear something comfortable you can breathe and move in. Hydration encouraged.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class. The space is designed for slow arrival: tea in the Sanctuary Shop, a moment to settle, and a chance to meet your facilitator before we begin.

What's your cancellation policy?

Classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours before start time for a full credit back to your account. Late cancels and no-shows forfeit the class. Membership classes incur a $10 late-cancel fee.

Are online classes live or recorded?

All online offerings are streamed live so you can be in real-time ceremony with us. Replays are available in your member library for 7 days after each class.

I'm new to all of this. Where do I start?

Start with the $33 first class. Salt + Sound, Salt + Breath and Salt + Silence are all gentle ways in, with no experience needed. We meet you exactly where you are.

Are all classes in the salt cave?

Yes. Every in-studio class takes place inside our Himalayan salt cave, so each practice is wrapped in cool, mineral-rich air and the glow of the salt.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes. Our Kids Salt Cave Session is a cozy hour of salt, soft sound and calm for the whole family. All ages are welcome, and each session includes your child plus up to two parents.
