What's the difference between a cohort and 1:1 mentorship?
Both lead to the same certification. A cohort meets on set dates with a small group, so you learn through shared practice and community. A 1:1 mentorship is private: sessions are scheduled around you, the pace fits your life, and every bit of feedback is about your practice. 1:1 costs more because all of your mentor's time is yours.
Do I need experience?
No. Every certification starts with the foundations. If you already practice, you'll find plenty to deepen your work.
Can I train online?
Yes. Cohorts include a live remote option, and 1:1 mentorships can be held in studio in Del Mar or online from anywhere.
Which certification should I start with?
Start with the one you're most drawn to. If you want a hands-on healing practice, Reiki or Sound Healing are natural first steps. If you're drawn to intuitive guidance, the Akashic Records or Spiritual Life Coaching may fit best. Breathwork pairs well with any of them.
Are these certifications recognized?
These healing arts aren't licensed by a government body in the US, so no certificate is “official.” What matters is the depth of your training and your practice hours. You'll receive a Source Sanctuary certificate documenting your training, which is what studios and practitioner directories typically ask to see.
