We're inside Flower Hill Promenade at 2710 Via De La Valle, Suite D130, on the Lower Courtyard Level. Once you enter the plaza, follow the steps or ramp down to the lower courtyard — you'll see our gold lettering on the storefront. Just a few minutes off Highway 5 and minutes from Del Mar beach.

Yes. Flower Hill Promenade has free on-site parking with plenty of spaces. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so you can settle in without rushing.

Our hours shift slightly based on the class and session schedule. The shop and reception are open during scheduled programming throughout the week. The most accurate way to plan your visit is to check our class schedule or book a session — the studio will be open and staffed for your appointment.

Absolutely. Sanctuary Soul Shop is open during studio hours and we'd love to have you wander, smell the apothecary, hold the crystals, and ask questions. If you want to be sure we're open, give us a quick call before heading over.

Walk in and you'll be greeted at reception. Take off your shoes, settle into the bone-and-sage palette of the shop while you wait. Your practitioner will collect you when it's time. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and leave a little extra time on either side — most people don't want to rush back into traffic right after a session.

Yes for classes and 1:1 sessions — both fill up, especially on weekends. The shop is walk-in friendly during open hours.
