I've never done a sound bath. Is that okay?

Absolutely. There is nothing to learn or do. You simply lie down and listen while your guide leads the way.

What should I wear?

Anything comfortable, plus socks. Shoes come off before entering the cave. Coming straight from the beach is fine.

What is ceremonial cacao?

A rich, gently warming drink made from minimally processed cacao. It contains natural stimulants, so if you are pregnant, have a heart condition or take MAOI-type medications, check with your doctor first or ask for herbal tea instead.

Can I bring my kids?

The sound bath is for ages [X] and up. Traveling with little ones? Our Salt + Play family hour welcomes all ages, with access for a child and up to two parents.
