I came in for a Reiki session and ended up booking three more. Different modalities, different practitioners, and each one met me exactly where I was.

Should I book a reading or energy healing?
Readings are for when you need information: clarity on a decision, insight into patterns, messages from your higher self. Energy healing is for when you need to shift something in the body: release stored tension, calm the nervous system, clear blockages. Many clients alternate between the two.
In studio or virtual?
If you can come to our Del Mar studio, the in-studio experience adds the space itself, the crystals and the sound. Virtual sessions carry the same depth of work and are perfect when distance, schedules or simply being in your own space serves you better.
Do you offer packages or memberships?
Yes. Our membership offers ongoing access to classes and digital programming at preferred rates. For session bundles or gift certificates, email us directly.
Who will I be working with?
Every session is with a trained practitioner, and our team includes specialists in different modalities. You can meet our practitioners before booking, or trust whoever has availability. We tend to find the right match.
What if I've never done this kind of work?
You're welcome here, skepticism and all. You don't need to believe in anything specific to receive; you just need to show up. Oracle readings and Reiki are gentle places to start.
What's your cancellation policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. Within 24 hours, sessions are non-refundable but can be applied as credit toward a future booking within 90 days.
