Meditation & Breath

Our breathwork classes are a gentle invitation to come back to yourself. Rooted in mindful, conscious breathing and soft presence, these sessions are designed to help your body settle, your mind quiet, and your energy recalibrate.

Breath is one of the most powerful and accessible tools we have for renewal. Through intentional breathing, we invite the nervous system out of survival mode and into a state of safety, clarity, and openness. As the breath deepens, the body softens. As the body softens, space is created for release, insight, and reconnection

Sound alchemy

Our sacred sound journeys are rooted in the science of sound which is vibrational waves of energy that interact with the body, mind, and energetic field to support deep restoration and transformation. Sound moves beyond the thinking mind, meeting you at a cellular level where tension softens, patterns unwind, and harmony is restored.

As frequencies move through the body, they help guide the nervous system into a state of calm and receptivity. This allows the mind to quiet, the body to release, and the spirit to recalibrate. In this space, many experience a sense of spaciousness, clarity, and deep inner stillness.

At Source Sanctuary, sound is experienced as a bridge back to Source. By allowing vibration to carry you inward, you disconnect from external noise and reconnect with your natural rhythm and inner coherence. There is nothing to do, nothing to achieve, only to receive.

Ecstatic Movement

Our ecstatic movement classes are an invitation to come home to your body. These sessions create a safe, guided space to move intuitively, release stored energy, and reconnect with your natural rhythm without choreography or expectation.

Movement becomes a form of listening. As the body leads, tension softens, emotions find expression, and stagnant energy begins to move. Through music, breath, and somatic awareness, you’re supported in shaking loose what no longer serves and allowing aliveness to flow freely again.

At Source Sanctuary, ecstatic movement is a pathway to Source through embodiment. By stepping out of the mind and into the body, you disconnect from external noise and return to presence, vitality, and inner truth. There is no “right” way to move, only your way.

Ceremonial activation

Our Ceremonial Activations are sacred, shamanic experiences that weave together the four elements : Breath, Sound, Movement, and Ceremony to guide you into deep communion with your higher self, intuition, and inner healer.

Rooted in ancient earth wisdom and modern energetic understanding, these journeys invite you beyond the surface layers of the mind and into the realms of the body, spirit, and subtle energy field. Through rhythmic breath, intuitive movement, vibrational sound, and ceremonial healing practices, stagnant energy is loosened, emotions are alchemized, and the soul is gently called home.

  • Not at all. Whether you’re completely new or returning to your practice, everything is guided with care and offered with options to suit your body and energy. You’re welcome here—just as you are.

  • For in-person sessions, we provide mats, props, and everything you need. Just wear something comfortable and arrive a few minutes early. For online sessions, you’ll receive simple setup tips after booking.

  • Yes, life happens. We kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You’ll find all the details in your booking confirmation email.
